Mueller Park Trail. I started my run at 5:30 this morning. It was much cooler than my run on Saturday, but it was still dark so I had to use a head light. My uphill miles were a bit slow today, but the downhill felt great and I was able to really pick things up.

Nice way to start the week.

Can't imagine running that trail in the dark. It is starting to get pretty rough.

The trail wasn't to bad in the dark. It was light by the time I reached Elephant Rock. So coming down was no problem. The downhill could be difficult in the dark if I got going too fast.

Great way to start the morning before the sun comes up!
