Today for my run I decided to check out the exercise gym at the hotel. I got on a large treadmill that had all kinds of bells and whistles, but I couldn't figure out how to get it started. After pushing a few buttons, I got it going. Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith was playing on the TV. I settled in and watched the show. I was enjoying the show and not paying much attention to my running. When the show ended I had ran over 11 miles, 3.5 of which were at a decent pace. Perhaps I should incorporate watching a Star Wars show into my weekly workout.

Wow - even better to find a treadmill that doesn't stop every 60 minutes. Think altitude helped again on pushing out those miles?

The altitude definitely helps. I haven't noticed the I was breathing hard at all since I have been out here.

Maybe you were just concentrating on how much you hate Jar Jar Binks.

Having something good on TV definitely makes treadmill running a lot easier.
