Today I started my run at Cheese Park and headed North to the Deuel Creek Trail. I went up the canyon about a mile then came back down.

Today I sent in my registration for the Logan Peak Trail Run. So it's now official, I will be running 28 miles next weekend.

You should come run it with me. I haven't ran it before but it looks like a fun course. My definition of a fun course isn't the same a other people's definition. Because I thought Wahsatch Steeplechase was a really fun course.

It's a great course- lots of hills, but much more runnable than Wahsatch.
