Today I decided to try a run on the roads. I haven't done much road running this year. It felt good but was a bit boring. Trails are much funner. I actually did a bit of a workout today instead of just running, which is what I normally do. I ran 6 miles with 2 one mile intervals at about marathon pace or just a bit faster.

Boring old roads.

Hey, I'll take roads over the treadmill any day. Nice to see you're back after your 50.

Breaking out a speed workout at the end of the season?

How did you like the snow today?

We live in the same area and I just left a message on your wife's blog (love to see her staying active during preg) and wanted to invite you to a group run locally if you are interested. We are meeting at the corner of Davis Blvd and 400 N. in Bountiful at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

Sounds like you are quite the marathoner. How did you like the Striders circuit?

Jon - The season isn't over for me. I am running the Moab UltimateXC 50k on Nov 14.

BlondeRunner - Thanks for the invite. I usually run trails, but I might stop by sometime.
