Okay, after a week of being lazy, I got out and went for a run.

It was snowing lightly when I left the house. I ran up to the Bonneville Shoreline Trail in North Salt Lake, then went up to the radio towers. The last hill up to the towers was tough in the snow, but this hill can be a challenge when it's dry. I felt pretty good during the run back. It snowed during most of the run. I love running in the snow.

I was hoping to run in the rain today, but no luck. It's sprinkling a little now.

That actually sounds like fun. I do like winter when it involves climbing up. Nice job.

Nice run. That sounds awesome. Do you wear gators when you are running in deep snow? I know you don't wear gortex shoes or anything like that.

I don't have any gators. I just were my running shoes and one pair of socks. If the snow is deep, the socks get wet. It usually doesn't bother me as long as I keep moving. If I stop for a few minutes, I get cold. I take the shoes and socks off immediately after the run. Sometimes I have to alternate shoes because the ones I wore the day before are still wet.
