I was snowing lightly when I started out today, but it was coming down hard by the time I finished. I ran easy today but increased my mileage a bit from last week. Run time 56:15.

Hey Matt is your wife on here too? Are your knees all better? Last I heard you had given up running... Glad to see your back at it! Wow I just read your race schedule for the year your knees must be better!

Oh, I love twinkies! I need you to run right in front of me, maybe I would run faster!

Welcome to the blog and you have quite the impressive running resume over there!

My knees are doing much better now. After the 2006 St George Marathon I took about a year off. I did do a half marathon in October 2007. In 2008 I built up the strength in my knees gradually and ran 3 marathons. This year they are feeling pretty good, so I am running as much as I can.
