I told my wife I was heading out for a run and she said "Wasn't 35 miles enough?" No way. Ha ha. She thinks I'm crazy. I ran on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail and everything felt great. No recovery issues. I saw four deer while out tonight. They probably think I am crazy too.

I kinda hate seeing animals on the trail. Have you seen a couger on the trail...the animal kind:)? That seems to be the rave/scare these days in Bountiful.

I have never seen a cougar. The scariest thing that I have seen was a bear. But that was not in Bountiful. It was on a trail just outside of Yellowstone about 18 years ago.

I really enjoy see wildlife while I'm out running. Seeing a group of antelope run across the hillside or seeing a horny toad scurry off the trail make the run more exciting.

I laughed so hard! That is great! Did he do that because of a past joke or because we happened to talk about it?

He did it the last time there was a cougar scare going around.
