I am still in Idaho Falls. It was warmer this morning than Thursday, 27°F. I ran to the green belt and did one loop around. My legs felt good today, but I kept things at an easy easy pace.

Sounds like fun. Trials or road? I bet there are some good trails up there.

It was part on the road and part on a paved trail. There probably are some good dirt trails around here, but I don't know where they are.

Why are you in IF?

We came up for the holiday weekend. My wife parents live here.

Matt, let me know when you want to head up Ben Lomond, I'd love to go with you.

You should have sent me a note, we could have run together! Let me know next time you are in town.

Bryce - I'll let you know when I plan to do it. It would be good to go with someone who has done it before.

Jeff - Thanks. I'd like to do a run with you sometime. Although right now you probably run the green belt loop about twice as fast as I do. We come up that way several times a year. My wife's parents live in Idaho Falls, and mine live in Newdale(up by Rexburg). We'd like to move back there someday, if a good engineering job ever comes available. I'll drop you a note the next time I'm up there and we can get together.
