For those of you who visited my blog earlier today, and thought 'Oh no, Twinkies didn't make it out today.' Your wrong. I just got out a little late and I ran on a full stomach.

I went out to a steak house for dinner tonight. I had a delicious lobster tail, baked potato, and some steamed broccoli. I topped it of with a giant triple layer oreo ice cream desert thingy. After dinner, I went back to the hotel, put on my gear, and cranked out six miles. I didn't pay attention to my pace the entire run. I figured I was doing about eleven minute miles. When I checked afterwards, my average pace was 9:33. Woohoo. I need to eat lobster tail more often.

And lobster barf would be disgusting!

It's a strange thing, but running with food in my tummy has never been an issue for me. I have only puked once while running, and that was because I had the stomach flu.

You need to teach me your ways, I can barely drink water and run! It causes problems in long distance races.
