Five miles nice and easy today. I am recovering from the Wahsatch Steeplechase on Saturday. Saturday night I could hardly bend my legs. Sunday I felt better but things my muscles were very stiff. Today, well, my quads are tight, my knees ache, and both achilles are sore, but I was able to get a run in.

That was so much fun on Saturday. I love trail races. That one was especially fun. Did you score and shwag?

I got a pair of socks, but they were too small for me so I gave them to my wife. Which is ironic because at her last race, the Utah Running Club 10k, she won a pair of socks that were too big for her and gave them to me.
