Bonneville Shoreline Trail. The trail was dry today. The run felt pretty good. It's nice to be able to run 4 miles again without feeling like I going to die.

Thanks for the past comment. So being new to Bountiful I am wondering what runs you would recommend? I get nervous running in the mountains, should I?

The mountain trails are probably best if you have someone with, but I run them alone on a daily basis. Bonneville Shoreline Trail is nice without getting deep into the mountains. Unfortunately, through most of Bountiful the trail is a road named Bountiful Blvd. The trail can accessed in North Salt Lake off of Eagle Point Drive or at Twin Hollow Park on 900 East at the other end of Bountiful.

Another good trail is the Legacy Parkway Trail. It has 14 miles of paved trail and 4 miles of gravel trail. It can be accessed at several points along the trail. Check out http://utahoutdoorsports.com/LegacyParkwayTrail.aspx
