I ran on the Mueller Park Trail up to Elephant Rock and back today. The trail was very wet. It rained on and off a little during the run but wasn't to bad.

I have run that trail once with friends. Can you go further? I thought we ended up with about 16 miles that day. It's a great trail!

I was going to go up to Brighton and run around the resort this morning, but it looks miserable up there. Ended up having to pound pavement. Yuck.

Lori - Yes you can go further. About 3 more mile up is Rudy's Flat. From from there you can continue up the mountian towards Grand View Peak, Head down into North Canyon, or Head down into City Creek. I ran up to Rudy's Flat a few weeks ago and it was great.

I can't believe you could run on Monday!
